Okie Bros terms and conditions agreement:

Okie Bros reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel services, financial transactions or orders.
Build times for custom hollow wooden surfboards vary. Consult with the team for waiting period.
Okie Bros and Okie Stik copyright rules apply. These trademarks cannot be used for any outside use without consent from Okie Bros ownership. No attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc...unless specified by Okie Bros Skate Shop, LLC.
We do not tolerate bad behavior, hate speech, bullying, slander, or call someone out for their ollies.
We reserve the right to disable user accounts.
These terms and conditions apply to all skaters & surfers alike. Everyone love everyone.

Return and Refund Policy

Terms of return. Any item being returned must meet criteria for return. Some items such as wax are not returnable.
State of return. Any item must be new (unused) in it's original packaging. Any item returned damaged will not be refunded.
Reason for return must be clearly stated. Okie Bros and Okie Bros Skate Shop, LLC reserves the right to reject any return.

Process of refund can take up to 30-days. Every effort will be made to provide a refund in a timely manner.
Just don't return anything and we're good!
